Phone not working after modem upgrade

After upgrading to the new modem, the land line does not work.  We have no dial tone and cannot receive call.

How do I get this issue resolved?

I'd definitely like to ensure that the Xfinity Voice service is able to be utilized, and sounds like the modem may not have been provisened for the Xfinity Voice service and can help if you're still experience issues with service. Since it has been a couple of days since your post, were you able to get the home phone service working?
