Phone not working
No one can call in. He goes to straight to a message saying that’s not available fourth day without no service no help through Comcast app or other services. They said they fix it and they haven’t fixed it

@user_4wq93x Thank you for making us aware you're having issues with your phone service. I would be more than happy to find a solution to this problem you're experiencing. So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own? Have you by any chance used the Xfinity app to reset the modem? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?
