Phone service and slow internet
For the past month or so, we've had a lot of broken reception on phone calls. Initially we thought it was the other person. They have a cheap cellphone so service was spotty at times but not it's not just that person. It can be anyone who calls at anytime. I've also noticed a marked delay in internet speed for opening websites and even downloads that wasn't due to some outage or repair in service.
Is it possible I need an upgrade to the newer modem?
