Porting from Vonage to Xfinity voice

Hi, I recently switched to Xfinity voice from Vonage. I was given a phone number for porting process. I called the number and it asks for account number. Unfortunately it will only accept 13 digit number and my vonage account number is only 10 digits. I'm unable to port my home phone number.
