Reactivating Old Phone Number

Hi. We previously had xfinity home voice service a few years back. We had a phone number, that was owned by comcast. We want to add the home voice service back and were hoping there could be a chance our previous number was still available. Is there a way to see if it still is available, and if so, start new voice service with that number. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hey there, 911s302, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your Xfinity Voice services. We would be happy to help you with adding back Xfinity Voice services and seeing what phone numbers we have available. 

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
