every time that I’ve chatted to have this removed they say it’s part of the package and I cannot every time I’ve tried to change my plan. It says I am part of the package and cannot remove voice no matter what before when I first signed up. It was had to have it, but the discount took the charge off so it was kind of like given for free which I was OK with I don’t use it. I don’t care for it but now I’m actually being charged for it along with this discount, I still have to pay like 20+ dollars for a month and again I do not use it. I still don’t use it. I still don’t need it I would just like to get rid of it and I’m almost on the verge to where I have to get rid of Internet in order to get rid of the phone package because can’t have the phone if I don’t have Internet service and go with Starlink or quantum fiber
