the voip landline marks suspected spam calls with the word SPAM. Is there a setting that prevents these calls from ringing the phone?

Hi there, @user_e07ad5 Thank you for taking the time to reach out regarding your SPAM concerns. You can go to https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/change-spam-blocker-settings which is a great self-help article that will walk you through the settings to stop those calls.-Richard

Hi XfinityRichard, I have visited your site, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/change-spam-blocker-settings and set all high, medium and low risk spam calls to Block. However, this is not effective. I am still receiving 6-8 land line calls daily that are marked SPAM. What else can I do to actually block these calls?

Hello, @user_e07ad5 thank you for following, and completely understand wanting to look at other options that can be utilized after setting up Spam Blocker.

Call Screening is a good feature you can utilize to help block unwanted calls: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/call-screening

Anonymous Call Rejection is another available feature that can help stop calls: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/rejecting-anonymous-calls

I also found this document on our website that has some additional information that may be helpful: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/voice-unwanted-calls
