Trying to Port Home Phone # to Comcast Home Phone

I have TV from 2008. I added Internet 09/14/2026 which is fine. I also ported my ATT VOIP home phone number to Comcast Home VOIP phone 09/14/26.

My ATT phone is still working, but my port has not been completed.

Hi there @user_e1buq4 Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.

Hi there, @user_e1buq4! We were trying to reach you in a direct message but have been unable to. We want to ensure your concerns are resolved. The number port is showing completed as a result of the ticket we opened. Is the home phone service working now? You can make and receive calls through Xfinity?

Yes, it's working now. It took a while for who ever does the confirming to complete their job.
