voice mail full

Someone tried to call me yesterday and got a message that my voice mail box was full. There are only three (3) saved messages in the voice mail box. My number is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. We have the Comcast Tripple Play for our phone service.

Pavel314 Hello and thank you for reaching our via our Xfinity Community Forums. I can certainly help you clear that up! It’s frustrating to miss calls when you only see a few messages in your inbox. This usually happens because "deleted" messages are still sitting in your trash folder, taking up space. The quickest fix is to log into Xfinity account, click the Voice icon, and empty your Trash folder. You can also dial *99 from your home phone and look for the option to permanently delete saved or erased messages.

 

If the mailbox still acts full after clearing the trash, let me know and we will take a closer look at things.
