Hello, @user_d32fb2. Thank you for posting and sharing your experience with your home phone going out every time it rains. I understand how much of an inconvenience this may be and want to help get this figured out. It seems like water may be getting into the tap, or there's an issue along the line (possibly exposed wiring) somewhere that would be causing this. We'd need to get a tech out to investigate further and find a fix. Can you send a direct message with your first and last name and service address?
To send a direct message click the "Direct Messaging" chat icon in the top right corner of the page, then click on the pen and pad icon and enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" section of the chat.
