Voicemail ring number

I want to change the number of rings before Xfinity voicemail picks up. There is NO option under voicemail settings for "rings", and "advanced call forwarding" is listed as "not available" on my line. Furthermore there is NO direct messaging option, or icon currently showing on this forum page. Please provide a WORKING support channel , that doesn't resort in "talking" to a bot with useless canned answers. Frustration growing.....
