Vtech phone
I just replaced my old worn-out Panasonic phone with a Vtech VS113-3. I can make and receive calls but the incoming call ringers will not ring (all ringers are on). The only way I know a call is coming in, is when I'm looking at the Vtech phone display. If I take the vtech phone base and plug it directly into my Xfinity cable box the vtech ringers works but the ringers will not ring going through the normal house phone lines via xfinity cable box. Need Help!!!!

@Jholmes83 Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. It does seem strange that you are not having any trouble receiving or making calls and only the ringer is having difficulty. Was your older device connected to the same outlet that your new model is currently? I ask since it sounds like it wasn't directly connected to the Telephone port on the modem.
