website error for voice
Recently I attempted to access the voice page for the xfinity web site.The xfinity assistant is useless. Unable to contact a live person anywhere. Calling only aggravates the situation as you are put on hold indefinitely.
The options below are limited. Don't assume the selections are accurate.
I've cleared the cache and cookies, but continually get the following error:

I discovered that the problem is not on my end, but on Comcast/Xfinity's side. It appears to have been resolved, but only time will tell. All this stuff to do makes me feel like asking for help on anything isn't worth it. Too much "fixing" involved.
A simple solution is always best. This isn't a simple solution. I will not use any other browser as they do not perform as well as Firefox. So there!
