website won't add Voice to cart

Using a desktop computer with Chrome, I log into my existing account and try to add Voice. (I already have xfinity internet). Nothing happens when I select it and click 'Add to Cart'. Pop-up and ad blockers are disabled.

I actually tried to order it earlier today and it did get added to cart. I then completed the order process but after the final 'Submit order' button, it just went to a regular xfinity page rather than giving me a confirmation. I contacted support and they confirmed that no order was pending on my account. I chatted with several agents and still didn't manage to get it ordered.
