xfinith landline modem no longer operating

Hi I have an xfinity landline using a separate modem than my internet modem. 

The landline is no longer working and I think it may be the Comcast provided landine modem having a problem.

The ONline indicator light on the Modem is no longer lit. All other lights on modem are operational. 

The modem is a comcast provided Arris model TM402P/110
