Xfinity Voice Not Working and Impossible to Get Human on Phone
Been trying for months to get Xfinity Voice working after it stopped working. Called multiple times and keep getting in a loop where it wants to reset modem, which has been done countless times. Twice, I've gotten Voice working, but stopped working shortly after (within hours). I even went to Xfinity store to switch out modem. Even since last time I had a rep on the phone, it's been impossible to get anyone on the phone to resolve this...at least 3 weeks I've been trying. Tried to set up account and it says information not matching even though I received the text code and entered it all three times. It's infuriating! I need someone from Xfinity to let me know how to get in touch with a live person to discuss this issue. [Edited: Rule2: Keep It Clean]

Same problem. Have spent countless hours on the phone. No resolution. Store told me today.. Customer Service lied to me. Im so frustrated.

Hi @crush_davis, I am so sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the landline. As a parent with young children I rely on landline, so they have a way of calling in case of emergency, so I understand what you are going through. You have reached the right team of experts that can address this issue. Just a few questions, first is the landline phone plugged into Port 1 of the modem, and second are you getting a dial tone?
