Xfinity Voice problem

Today, I tried using my Xfinity Voice cordless handset. No dial tone. Verified all phones were not in use. Checked all connections. Still no dial tone or sound. Could not call out or receive calls. I reset my Xfinity modem. After it reset my internet was fine. No dial tone on phone.

Thanks Ray. Turns out it was a Xfinity issue. Tech came out and had it fixed in 10 minutes. Phone port was bad & replaced modem. Works fine now.
