ANSWERED: How to Pay Your Bill Using Apple Pay?

You can pay your bill online using Apple Pay in the Safari web browser with a compatible Apple device. To use Apple Pay, you must first add a credit or debit card to your Apple Wallet.


How to pay your bill using Apple Pay

  1. Go to customer.xfinity.com/#/billing/payment in the Safari web browser using an Apple Pay device. Sign in using your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. Tap Billing & Pay from the menu.
  3. Select Make a Payment.
  4. Pick current balance due or Pay another amount.
    • You can't schedule a one-time payment in advance using Apple Pay. That means you have to pick today’s date as the Payment Date.
  5. Under Payment Method, select Apple Pay. Click Continue.

  6. Review your Apple Pay card and billing and contact information.
  7. Touch your finger on the home button to Pay with Touch ID or Confirm with Side Button based on your iPhone.

  8. A success message will show.
