$300 Promotional Gift Card Issues [STILL an issue]

It appears that I'm in the middle of a promotional "bait and switch". I signed up for Xfinity wifi and two mobile lines and was promised two $300 gift cards by the representative in store. I doubled checked with the rep in person and made an event in my phone calendar with a reminder dated 90 days from my activation date. No gift cards yet so I called for an update. I was given a ticket # and it was escalated. Come to find out that Xfinity said it was $200 for the promotion not $300. The representative over the phone continues and says that she had her Xfinity AI program check for promotional values of $300 over the past 5 years and nothing came up. 

I find it interesting that after a google search about this promotional $300 gift card not only did it appear on google but other Xfinity users have had the same issue I'm encountering. Who would have thought? Other users also claimed the same $300 to $200 gift card switch up and also issues even recieving their promised incentive.

I hope Xfinity can do the right thing here and also prevent this issue from occurring in the future. I'm off to the Xfinity store again to report my findings to the manager.
