7 hours on the phone to get the transfer pin [Edit: All Caps]
I've tried everything. I called, I sent you messages on the chat. Nothing. All I need is the pin to transfer my account. Its been 2 months now that you are charging me and not providing the pin. I will now start posting here with the hopes that someone will reach out. [Edit: All Caps]
