Bad Network - Not Reliable Internet 5G/4G

I recently switched to Xfinity Mobile, but I’m not having the best experience. The tower reception is spotty, and the internet speed is slow. Before you make a switch, I suggest you check out the coverage in your area. It might not be worth it for you.

Have you had a chance to troubleshoot with our mobile experts? Does your reception vary depending on where you are?

I am experiencing significant difficulties in resolving a billing issue with the service executive, which has left me with limited energy to engage with other support teams. I have concerns about the level of support provided by the Xfinity support team. As a consumer, I will explore alternative avenues to address my concerns. Thank You.
