Being charged for a FREE PHONE
Was given a phone for getting Xfinity Mobile. 3 months later my checking account was overdrawn drawn Because I was being charged for a free phone. A year later, I have no Xfinity mobile account because I didn’t pay for a free phone. My checking account was overdrawn because I didn’t pay for a free phone. I have no Xfinity mobile service because I didn’t pay for a free phone. I was turned into a collection agency because I refuse to pay for a free phone.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
