Blocked Text Messages
When enrolling for text notifications from a vendor, I am prompted with a reply email from them stating "Due to changes by your mobile phone carrier you have been unenrolled from text notifications". The vendor says its for my mobile provider to correct without providing any further details. Is Xfinity maintaining a block list? If so, how can I check or update? Can this be a local block list and if yes, how do I view? Does the message make any sense to anyone on why I can't use text notifications with my vendor?
