Calls disconnect after 30 minutes

My calls disconnect after 30 minutes when I'm on my home network. Doesn't matter if I'm using my xfinity cell phone or my Alexa to make or receive a call. How can I stop this. It will just suddenly disconnect. I know it's not me because I use the speaker for hands free.

user_fih0g5 Thank you so much for your post for help with your calls dropping when connected to your home network. The Xfinity app is great for troubleshooting issues for both your mobile issues and your internet connection, so that would be my first recommendation. Have you by chance already attempted troubleshooting with that Xfinity assistant or the Xfinity app?

@user_fih0g5 If you could please send us a direct message with your full name and service address we can attempt some troubleshooting on our end.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
