Cannot call Xfinity for help and just landed in Europe
I got a text saying I have mobile data but I need to make calls and have data for wayfinding while in Europe. I just landed and cannot log into my Europe eSim so I can enjoy my vacation. I need you're help ASAP but not sure how you are going to contact me other than emails since I cannot make wifi calls either.

I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. The phone you are currently using on your trip, is it unlocked? The phone would need to be carrier unlocked in order to use a dual sim with it.
