Cannot make any outgoing phone calls

Every number I try to call is giving the same message "The wireless customer you have called is not available at this time. Please try this call again later. Announcement 1." My phone plan is tied to my internet plan and as of yesterday I called to cancel my internet plan, but not for another couple weeks. Everything else is working fine - internet is good, I can receive phone calls, sending and receiving text messages is working, it's just the outgoing phone calls are not going through. Please help!!

Adding to this post: I can't even call Xfinity to chat with support!!!!! I get the same message that "The wireless number I have called is not available at this time". You're telling me my phone provider is not available?!?!??? EEK

Same error message here I cant make calls but I can receive call we have same plan with my husband but he can call me

I am having the same issue. My wife can make outgoing calls but I can’t! It’s been like this for over an hour!

@user_5i788j​ same here! I just switched from AT&T last week to Xfinity and it has been horrible. They have had me rest my network settings multiple times. I don't think it's the network settings on my phone. This is happening to be on the network outside of my house and then at home on WiFi calling.

I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this problem you're experiencing. Other than resetting your network settings, what other troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own?
