Cannot send or received text messages!
I have tried everything to fix this problem. Reset network settings, turned off ESIM and turned it back on, turned off iMessage and turned it back on, turned On airplane mode and turned it back off, hard rebooted my phone, absolutely everything I’ve seen on the web. I even replaced the phone using the same phone number and that new phone could not send or receive texts. Is this unknown issue with Xfinity? I took it to the Xfinity store and he said there is an issue after the latest iOS update that iPhone to iPhone messages are going over Blue. Is this related? When I send my text messages they show green but nobody gets them. People are telling me that they’re texting me and I’m not getting them at all. Help!

The same thing is happening to me . I have a iMessage but my text are going over to other iPhone users in green . I tried doing all of the above as well and it still doesn’t work . I think it may be an Xfinity issue also people are saying they text me but I did not receive it .

Hi, @susannef19! We appreciate you reaching out about your text messages. We certainly want those working and appreciate the steps you have taken so far. What model of phone are you using? Have you tried to perform a network reset already? How long ago did this issue begin?
