Can't connect to Xfinity Mobile hotspot
As of July 25 2025 I have not been able to connect to Xfinity Mobile hotspot when at home or on the go around Chicago. But when I go to Xfinity store it will connect. When at home if I try to connect I get message saying obtaining IP address then a few seconds later says ip configuration failure. When at store the rep didn't know why it was doing that said maybe something in area was down, but no other reason.

I am sorry to hear this is happening. When at home you would want to connect to your home network. On the go what hot spot are you trying to connect with? Have you tried to forget the network and reconnect @user_09w2be
