Can’t make phone calls Xfinity mobile

I switched from Verizon to Xfinity mobile a week ago. Phone was working fine, then all of a sudden I couldn’t make or receive calls. I can still text. I chatted with assistant no help what so ever. I called from husband’s phone, spoke with a rep for an hour, could not resolve. She said she would call me back within the hour. She called back 5 hours later but I wasn’t with my husband so it was no help since my phone wasn’t getting calls. Went to Xfinity store, was there for over an hour, I can get calls but can’t make calls. He put in a ticket and said I would get a response 24 -72 hours. This is complete [Edited: "Language"]! Still can’t make calls. Anyone else have this issue? Tried the airplane mode, reset my settings about 10 times, at the store they downloaded a new eSIMs, still not working!
