charged for data i was told would be free
I'm on agent #8 that promises to help and nothing.... i was opened a new account for same address, charged data on a "free" device I was told was free data and no one will actually help
I've spoken to 8 agents, chatted and now I'm no where, double charged overcharged, second account closed but no refund, last amazing agent "ill take care of it all and then nothing no call back its been 4 days....
