Charged in error global pass
To use the free talk and text in Europe I disabled data and roaming and only got text for on global pass when in France. I received to no text for future passes and was charged for 9 days of global pass. I should not be forced to pay for a pass I did not use. If the direction is to disable data and roaming on phone. I couldn’t use iMessage or maps but some how I was charged with global pass. Many customers have complained of this scam by Xfinity

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send
