Connection Issue with Xfinity Mobile Hotspot

Xfinity recently upgraded my router and since then I am not able to connect to the Xfinity Mobile hotspot on any of my Xfinity mobile devices at home.  They connect fine outside my house. I have done troubleshooting with the Xfinity Assistant...what a joke...and even chatted support via the chat. They were useless.  Who can help me resolve my issue?
