Costantly dropped calls

Xfinity mobile has been usable about 45% of the time for phone calls with anyone. Either the calls will completely drop, or will have audio lost for ~15 seconds at a time where neither party can hear each other.

Have had Xfinity mobile for a few months now and it has been terrible the entire time. I am planning to switch providers at the end of the billing cycle to one that the phones will work if I can't figure out how to fix this.

I switched from Verizon to Xfinity to save money and I have regretted every phone call I have made since then.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_q7hr6q! I depend on my phone to be reliable for family members that call it for emergency purposes. I completely understand how impactful this is. Have you recently reset the network settings on your phone? This link here has steps on how.

My mobile doesn't work properly. I can't answer, call out or talk. Most people can't hear me or if the phone connects I'm told I sound like a robot. I have called several times for assistance and also visited the store and still don't have any resolution. I can't call anyone in the case of an emergency. I have exchanged the phone and it still doesn't work. I'm going to cancel my service as soon as the contract is up.

user_v5mpk0  Did the representatives you spoke with try any troubleshooting?
