DO NOT USE XFINITY
I set up a payment arrangement for my mobile bill on 8/30 for it to be due 10/8. Yesterday 9/26 both phones on my plan lost service. I called in and talked to an agent who said they were resolving the issue, after being on the phone for over 3 hours no one was doing anything or had any explanation l. I was then cussed at by the agent on the phone who then hung up on me and cancelled my mobile service. I’ve received 2 emails about this and that the phone numbers were lost. I was able to contact via chat and was told they were fixed. However only one device has service and the other number they state cannot be fixed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I’ve submitted multiple tickets and they’ve all been resolved but I still only have one device with service. If you have them cancel it. I’ve filed 2 FTC complaints and an FCC complaint. I will be contacting my attorney next as Xfinity is still requesting me to pay any future bills for both lines.
