user_9bcwz0 Good day, and Happy Friday! I hope your day is going well so far. We appreciate you reaching out to our Community Forums Team for assistance with your cell phone connection. I can see this would be frustrating. May I ask if the issue you are having is on your Wi-Fi connection, your data connection, or both?

I'm also having this same issue. I've tried working with chat support twice in the same day, got transferred all around. First they tried resetting my network settings and then the next time resetting my esim card. Both times, they assured me it would solve the issue. It did not. I will have 2-3 bars and calls will fail, or the call will go through but the line is terrible and I'm constantly repeating myself. I asked the support for a support ticket number in case it doesn't work and I didn't want to spend another hour explaining everything again- they said they never opened one. I'm so so very close to cancelling.

Hello, @user_2704a7. Thanks for reaching our team on Forums regarding your Mobile services. Does this happen only when you're at home or are you having the issue anywhere you go? Here's a helpful link that shows how toimprove your cell phone signal.
