Free Year of xfinity mobile? yeah right…

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the free line offer for Xfinity mobile, but you have come to the right place for assistance. What are the issues you are having? Did you sign up for the promo and are being billed, or did you have questions about the promo itself?

@user_twxd5g​ If you are already an Xfinity Mobile customer, you cannot claim the free line for a year promotion.

I meant to say that I’ve had Wi-Fi service for almost 10 years but never the mobile service so I’m not sure what’s not working

@user_twxd5g If you have never had mobile service, then depending on the plan you are on you should qualify for the free line. Are you trying to bring a phone from a different provider, or purchase a new phone?
