Harrassed by rep

Over the corse of several weeks now, I still dont have my service. 4 days ago, I hung up in frustration, after saying I cant handle this.  The rep proceeded to harass me the rest of the evening. Over 50 text on each device on my account. This triggered my PTSD, and I have not recovered yet. I forced myself to call today, because of a time sensitive issue.  Is there actually a human that even cares? Who do I inform.  The rep broke the law, and its easily proven, I jave the text on the phones.  I actually have a lawsuit, but I would just like to have someone  correct their mistakes and malish actions....
