When I try to pay my bill and add a new payment method it says can’t add a new payment method we need to verify your contact information but both my email and number both are verified

Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I see you are looking to make a payment, but you ran into some trouble online. I'm sure running into trouble like this when you want to pay can be a headache, but we'll do our best to help. Have you tried to make a payment over the automated system as well? If so, did allows you to make the payment or did it also give you some trouble?
