Help!

We just recently got switched to infinity cell service and we are in Punta Cana and my wife and I have no cell service. We know there’s a $10 a day for each phone and it said it was supposed to stay happen automatically but we’ve got no cell service

@user_qio397 See the information here; https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/global-travel-pass You could have added to you plan before travel. However, it notes a process if you travel internationally with an option to add.

@user_qio397 I’m sorry to hear you guys do not have Mobile service overseas. I hope your vacation is going well otherwise. You can add Global travel pass to your Mobile account using the XFINITY App. I have a link with those steps for you here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/global-travel-pass

Are you able to connect to any Wi-Fi networks?
