hotspot

Not sure what happened with the hotspot in the [Edited: "Personal Information"] area, the xfinity wifi signal is good, but couldn't get connected, while when I went to other places, I can get connected, is that the problem with that spot? I emailed xfinity, but haven't gotten a reply. Want to chat with xfinity, but couldn't find a place, only the AI is available...

Hello user_29d8fv. Are you trying to connect to a WiFi hotspot? Sometimes hotspots can get overloaded and not allow anymore connections.

 

I got a message back that the wifi hotspot there was offline, and xfinity got it fixed later.
