How to get help with wifi calling

It doesn’t work on any phone and can’t get out of the vicious chat bot to troubleshoot

@XfinityThomasD​ Yes. Nothing helped, and it seemed most folks did not get a solution either. That’s why I TRIED to reach out for help.
