I forgot my Xfinity mobile PIN

Please help as I have forgotten my PIN and I need to get my voicemail reset. Thanks for the help.

Hello @user_14sgnh if you have forgotten your voice pin you can request a new one following the steps at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-change-voice-security-pin . Let us know if that worked for you.

I'm having the same problem! Neither calling the # 888-936-4968 or the chat help service gets me anywhere. When I finally happened upon the option to schedule a callback, the response was "sorry, there seems to be a problem". Xfinity/NOW should have a non-menu customer service number to call for a human being. The current system is deeply flawed.
