I wish I never signed up with Xfinity
For close to two months Ive barely had signal but most times it says Sos. Ive gone through all trouble shooting steps and whenever I call they ask me to go through he same steps for another 2 hours! Ive deleted my e sim, and reset my settings over and over Im still stuck. I hate this service anyways all the reps lie. I was conned i to buying a second phone and the scam artist didnt put insurance on the phone and lied and said the second phone is free but I am paying for it. Ive cancelled the second line and saving to go to a new company. I am a single mom in texas all alone and cant even get calls from my child or his school when he needs me. This whole company is trash and a scam.
