Infinite AI loop
There is almost no legitimate way to get out of the infinite AI loop in customer service to get to a real person, in the end I had to go to a B&M Xfinity store to ask a simple question about international roaming.
At the store, the representative told me what I experienced is expected as Xfinity mobile is supposed to be self serviced, yet he could not show me how to get the answer to my question using the automated system.
I finally had too much after only too months and switched to mint mobile, which offered a much better service at a much lower price.
