lied to and taken advantage of as a disabled person

Hello, 

I am reaching out as I have not signed up for Xfinity mobile and don’t understand why I am being charged for this? Please give me this insight as well as instantly cancelling any cell phone service enrollment. When signing up for xfinity, I went in for home wifi ONLY. The clerk who assisted me with this shared that everyone who gets wifi from you guys also gets a phone number under your internet service. He ensured me that there was no extra charge for this, as I made it very clear that I cannot afford this due to financial limitations as a result of my legal disability. He (multiple times) ensured me that I would have no charges to my card/account, other than the monthly 25$ for my home wifi. Please see where & when I signed up for wifi and review camera footage to confirm this. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of, scammed and lied to, especially after expressing concerns of my disability. This customer service is incredibly disrespectful and unacceptable and makes me question furthering my wifi with xfinity. I should not have to worry about added charges to my card that I did not approve or even know of. As a result of this, I was unable to pick up my medication (for my disability) and will escalate this issue further if it can not be instantly resolved. I am requesting for this xfinity mobile account/enrollment to be instantly cancelled and for all charges to my card to be refunded. I will keep my wifi for now, unless you are able to assist me with this mobile service inconvenience. Please confirm to me in your response that all of these requests have been received and processed.

It is true we do offer a free Xfinity mobile line with some of our promotions, but there is a bit more to it, like a device is needed and start up costs. We would be happy to help get this looked into for you.
