Management of field technicians to really fix my dropping internet connection. On Friday not Monday.

I am a 73 year old leg amputee who is housebound and my internet keeps dropping. Tech was here Wednesday. No TV on Thursday and being told they can’t get me a technician until Monday.  No Tv for 5 days. Cruelty to an old woman. Can’t someone step in and get me a technician on Friday.  PLEASE HELP THIS SITUATION.
