Mobile billing

Paid $200 But Services Not Restored

I was told a $200 payment would restore my services today, but after making the payment, my account is still not active. I’ve been transferred around since 11 AM and made over 30 calls with no resolution. Can someone from Xfinity Mobile help resolve this ASAP?

user_tna58x I hope you were able to reach someone in the Xfinity Mobile team to help. Our team is a bit limited when it comes to supporting Xfinity Mobile billing concerns.
