mobile phone has not been activated in three months, no end in site

Move my landline phone number ,xfinity was the carrier, to a mobile phone.  This was back in December .  Still today it is not activated.  The local store has called numerous times to activate, I've tried calling.

With the separation of Xfinity internet from Mobile , its a ship lost at sea!

Good thing the phone was free, but I don't know how many calls I've missed.

I have to change all my financial information to a new number.
