@user_1xclgs Thank you for reaching out about your son's new device. Are you still experiencing issues at this time? If so, can you please share what you have tried?
Have you:
Restarted the phone? This forces the phone to re‑register on the network.
If it says “No Service” or “SOS Only”, the phone isn’t connecting yet.
If there are bars but no data/calls, it may be a network or SIM issue.
Depending on the phone type:
Physical SIM
Power the phone off
Remove and reinsert the SIM card
Power back on
If its an eSIM then go to:
Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data
Make sure the line is Turned 'ON'
Set as the default line (if multiple lines exist)
