Need help urgently activating eSim in Australia

My Samsung S21 phone (and Xfinity Sim) was stolen in the UK.

I returned to Australia (where I'm living for a while) to learn that my new Samsung S25 phone wasn't compatible with Xfinity, so I bought a new Google Pixel 7 that was IMEI-compatible with Xfinity/Verizon.

Xfinity switched my old number to my new Pixel 7, but when I scan the eSim the phone says "SIM not activated". It also says "SIM not activated" when i input the LPA string. 

What can I do?

This is very stressful because many of my accounts require an SMS to my US number :-(
